Mark Scifres founded the company in 1992 while finishing a Bachelor of Science in Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and, in doing so, started the longest-running successful MDU broadband provider in the country. Believing strongly in building great products that fill the specific needs of owners and property managers, Mark has developed and holds patents for industry-specific technologies.

Jason Kenner holds a long list of responsibilities at Pavlov Media, including managing the continued operation of all Pavlov Media systems, adherence to contractual service agreements and provisioning of Service and Support. He is also responsible for planning and directing all aspects of Pavlov Media's operational policies, objectives and initiatives, as well as determining long-term operational goals and needs.

Bob’s worked for huge real estate owners, a cable tv company and an owner of a lot of space ships. He enjoys crunching numbers, pencil sharpening and making win-win deals. Prior to this Pavlovian pursuit, Bob was Director of Sales for EchoStar Satellite, LLC ("Dish Network"), where he was responsible for sales and marketing of EchoStar's video products in the commercial and multifamily housing industry.
